The first step is to signup for Oracle Cloud

The first step to Sign Up is to go to https://signup.cloud.oracle.com/. Enter the information asked then click on "Verify my email"

An email will be sent to your email address provided in the registration form. Click "Verify Email" on the email.

You will then be asked to enter a password aswell as an account name and your preferred region.

It is recomended to select the closest to you region to achieve best performane.

Scroll to the bottom and click on "Continue"

You will then be asked to provide your residence address as well as your mobile phone.

You will then be asked to provide a payment verification method.

After you enter your payment method you should be redirected to the Oracle panel (in some regions it might take some time in order for your account to be set up

By registering for Oracle you will get 300$ in credits for one month. After the credits expire you will have a free VPS of up to 24GB ram. The next page will show you how to deploy a VPS which will work both in the free tier and the free trial (during the first 30 days)

You will never get charged by Oracle after your 300$ credits expire on the free trial except if you upgrade to a paid plan. Make sure you don't!!!
